The Annika

The Annika is a houseboat with a lot of charm.

Position: Annika is moored 100 meter from the "Annema" and 200 meter from the "Piano - Forte".
The houseboat is moored in a sunny position where are no other houseboats on the opposite site.
This makes the view bigger, in busy small Amsterdam.
Facilities:

  • In the living-room is one double bed and a very good simply to use sofa-bed (double).

  • Hot water, kitchen and the heating system operates on piped gas.
  • The boats are well insulated and centrally heated.
    With a thermostat you choose the temperature you want.
  • There is color cable television and a hi-fi - stereo system with a CD-player.
  • There is good sanitation and a flush toilet.
  • On all the boats is a Wi-Fi- connection (you have to bring your own laptop....).
The Annika has one terrace in front
and one terrace in the back of the houseboat. In the summertime you can sit outdoors, while during the winter-season
also this boat is cozy, warm and comfortable.

The size of the Annika is 16,00m x 4,50m (without terraces).

There is a peace and freedom that goes with this style of living.

The entire boat is for your own use and offers you excellent privacy.
  • One minute from the Annika is an evening - shop and a bigger supermarket is a 5 - minutes walk away

  • You have the opportunity of a variety of restaurants, brown cafes, jazz club, comedy club or piano bar, all in short walking distance.
